Are you based in Australia?
Yes. I’m based in Lennox Head in the Northern Rivers, NSW, and have been operating in Australia for more than four years. Finlay works with clients in Australia and New Zealand, which is why you’ll see a .co.nz website address. My Australian ABN is 65 955 898 273.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. I’m available for in-person meetings by arrangement in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers. Let me know where you’re based when you enquire and we’ll arrange a suitable time and place.
Is the $800 price in Australian dollars?
Yes. The defined six-page website package is A$800, paid in Australian dollars. Optional extras and future renewals are quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
Is this a new website or a refresh?
Either. The package suits a new business website or a refresh of a straightforward existing site. I’ll check your current site and confirm what can be included before we begin.
How quickly can my website be ready?
The package is designed for fast turnaround. Timing depends on availability, your content and how quickly feedback comes back. I’ll confirm a delivery date once we’ve agreed the brief.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, page copy, contact details and images you have permission to use. If you need help creating content, let me know so I can quote that separately.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. We can connect your existing domain to the new website. I’ll check the required access and discuss any transfer or renewal costs before making changes.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting and domain renewals are ongoing costs after the included term. I’ll confirm the applicable renewal prices before the project starts. Ongoing maintenance is available separately.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Your site uses WordPress so you can update its content. We’ll discuss the handover and the updates you need to make day to day.
Can I add a shop or booking system?
Those features are outside this package. Tell me what you need and I’ll provide a separate quote, so you can decide before committing.
Is SEO included?
Basic on-page SEO foundations are included. Ongoing SEO campaigns, detailed keyword research and search ranking guarantees are not part of the package.
